This is a confidential, toll-free service available to all British Columbians.  It provides counselling information and referral 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Information and referral specialists provide immediate information for problem gamblers, their families and friends, and can refer callers to professional problem gambling counselling services around the province.

Has gambling become a problem for you?

Open-minded, confidential, supportive help is available.
 
Our experienced Responsible Gambling Counsellors work with youth and adults looking for relief from gambling concerns, helping them to identify what’s happening, talk through the issues, help define goals, and encourage progress towards them. Interested? Give us a call at 604-936-3900 to schedule an Intake Interview.

The two Problem Gambling Counsellors are trained specifically to work with people experiencing problems with gambling.  They hold both a masters degree in counselling or social work and have many years of counselling experience."
 
Help for problem gambling is free.
The counselling is free, confidential and available at our Port Moody Clarke Street location.

Call one of our Responsible Gambling Counsellors at 604-936-3900. They will schedule an appointment with you for an Intake Interview.

Will my employer or health insurer know about my counselling?
All problem gambling counselling is strictly confidential. Fees are covered by the Province of British Columbia and your health insurance company is not notified.
