43 Housing
A registered charity and non-profit society incorporated as a 'sister society' of SHARE established to develop and manage affordable rental housing. Currently 43 Housing operates housing for seniors, persons with disabilities and families on four different sites in Port Coquitlam & Coquitlam.
“Affordable housing” is housing that does not cost more than 30 percent of a household’s gross monthly income. 43 Housing Society uses BC Housing’s Provincial Housing Registry to fill vacancies.
