This SHARE group is designed to provide education and support to parents and caregivers who are concerned about their youth and substance use.

Participants will:
- Increase their knowledge about substance use
- Find support from other parents/caregivers
- Build skills in effective communication
- Learn to manage tough emotions
- Foster healthier life balance

When: 8 Mondays evenings beginning April 15 to June 10, 6:30-8:30 PM

In recognition of Children's Awareness Month, Vancouver Career College in Coquitlam is organizing a toy drive to support children and families in need within our community!

New toys can be dropped off to VCC and will be donated to SHARE.

Summer is fast-approaching! This is a time when food is running low at the Food Bank, and donations are much needed. The Tri-City Rotary Clubs are joining forces once again with eight local grocers to raise food for the Food Bank and restock the shelves. Please stop by any of the following 7 participating grocery stores and support our local Rotarians with their ongoing bi-annual campaign to help the Food Bank!

We look forward to introducing you to the new services we've established at this new location, and re-acquainting you with long-established services for refugees and immigrants which are available through our organizations and community partners.
